ASOOP or automated fare accounting system is a software and hardware complex designed to record the provided transport services and passengers in transport using an electronic medium. The technical components of ASOOP are the equipment that we see in buses, in particular, GPS trackers, validators, video surveillance cameras, the driver's on-board console system, etc.

But this is only the visible part, because the system also contains a software component consisting of a number of modules that provide:

- traffic management and dispatching of urban transport for carriers;
- clear accounting of the volume of transportation of privileged categories of the population and compensation for carriers based on real transportation statistics;
- applications for personnel (drivers, controllers. employees of service centers);
- an analytical module for the municipality, which allows you to receive data on transportation in real time and use funds more effectively and plan routes.

Civil is an innovative digital tool for residents, created within the framework of the implementation of the electronic ticket system and smart city on the principle of all services in one application. Thanks to the application, Uzhgorod residents will receive convenient access to a number of services.

What is already available in the application today:

- payment for travel on public transport in the city;
- verification of benefits provided using the DIYA service;
- viewing transport schedules and tracking public transport in real time;
- city news and announcements;
- communication with local authorities.

In future updates, it is planned to expand the list of services available for payment through the application, in particular, parking payments, utility bills, and much more.
